MainStreet Clinic announced that PVCS Vision Care is now open to MainStreet Clinic members. Vision Care is provided through Primary Vision Care Services (PVCS) of Lawton.
PVCS provides vision benefits that are competitive with large corporate group plans. PVCS offers a comprehensive vision benefit plan with affordable pricing for eye care services provided by independent optometrists and ophthalmologists.
Benefits include access to respected optometrists, unlimited prescription glasses, and annual supplies of contact lenses at the wholesale benefit. Members are eligible for glasses and contacts in the same plan year.
Vision benefits are provided through a network of over 350 independent optometrists and ophthalmologists. All vision providers are credentialed in accordance with guidelines set forth by the State agency for licensing/certifying of Optometry or Ophthalmology practices for the practice location.
Primary Vision Care Services (PVCS) was founded by an optometrist with a vision to improve access to quality vision care at the best possible price.
Enrollment Dates at MainStreet Clinic for a 12-month subscription* are January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
