Our Vision Care option through Primary Vision Care Services (PVCS) offers access to unlimited quality eye care services and wholesale discounts for prescription eyewear — when you need it — through a network of selected independent optometrists.
No “once-per-year” limitation
Unlike traditional employer vision plans, PVCS provides eyecare when you need it without the restrictive once-per-year limitation.
PVCS provides competitive vision benefits, quality services, unlimited prescription glasses and annual supplies of contact lenses at the wholesale benefit. Members are eligible for glasses and contacts in the same plan year.
Easy to use: no ID cards needed
The PVCS year-round benefit plan is streamlined, simple, and easy to understand. No ID cards required. Simply identify yourself as a PVCS member when scheduling your appointment with a network provider and they will verify your benefits.
