About MainStreet Clinic

MainStreet Clinic is a direct primary care membership clinic offering innovative approach to old-fashioned care. Clinic services include holistic primary care for individuals and families, regardless of insurance coverage.

In concert with individual primary care membership, we offer occupational health and wellness services for employers.

Established in 2003, our clinic has grown steadily along with business and the community in Southwest Oklahoma. We are a team of medical professionals dedicated to providing health care that is accessible to all, with or without insurance coverage, affordable, and a quality experience for our patients.

We work to implement the most advanced health concepts in an old-fashioned manner: through compassion, respect and a personal relationship with every member.

Care Team Approach

Comanche County has the benefit of great health care resources. MainStreet Clinic adopts the Care Team approach to leverage these resources in delivering comprehensive care.

The MainStreet Clinic Care team routinely collaborates with a larger network of care providers: lab services, imaging services, medical equipment services, respiratory, audiology and other technical services.

MainStreet Clinic recently entered into a partnership to offer House Calls Direct, a service that provides year-round care at home, in hospice and senior care facilities, or other venues where house calls are needed.
