Open enrollment in the Healthcare.gov Marketplace begins Nov. 1

Mending Health Insurance, an innovative health insurance option available on Healthcare.gov, will partner with MainStreet Clinic again in 2026 to offer Lawton-area residents affordable, direct access to health insurance that includes direct primary care clinic membership.

Residents of Comanche County can enroll in an insurance plan that includes Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic membership to MainStreet Clinic for 2025. DPC offers an enhanced patient experience, with longer visits, shorter wait times and direct communication with providers – features designed to deliver more personalized care.

Mending Health Insurance plans include:

  • $0 copays for unlimited visits, whether in-person or virtual
  • Same-day or next-day access for urgent needs
  • Direct communication with providers via phone, email or text
  • 45-minute appointments to address health concerns more thoroughly

Oklahomans can explore the Mending Health Insurance affordable insurance plans during Open Enrollment, beginning Nov. 1, 2025 for coverage starting Jan. 1, 2025.
